International competition successes – complemented

In the women sector in Switzerland Danil Tkachenko/Jasmina Knust became 2nd in the WDSF competition Children Standard and Latin. Maxim Stepanov/Ksenya Rybina also finished 2nd in the competition of the Amateurs S Latin.

In the Dutch Steenwijk Sven Glass/Judith Holzwarth left the floor as winner of the Senior I Standard competition, Roland Tines/Heidrun Puskas finished 3rd. In the final of the Senior III competition half of the couples were from the DTV: Oliver Luthardt/Anne Hinz finished 2nd, Bernd and Monika Kiefer 3rd and Wolfgang Walter/Ilse von Beyer 4th. The semi-final was almost completely in the hand of the DTV: Marius and Barbara Torka (8th place), Stefan Mußmann/Dagmar Rudolpf-Mußmann (9th place), Dirk Keller/Heidemarie Schulz were sharing the 10th place with Gerhard Baier/Ingrid Cloos-Baier and Franz-Josef and Lioba Kirchhoff (12th place).

Three couples were occupying the places three to five in the final of the Senior II Standard competition: Bernd and Sandra Ketturkat (3rd place), Gert Faustmann/Alexandra Kley (4th place) as well as René and Heike Seyboth (5th place). Patrick and Sabrina van der Meer became runners-up to the final (shared 7th place), Peter and Miriam Pfeiffer finished 9th, Eckehard and Anne Kahl ranked 11th while Bernd and Anja Kaufhold completed the semi-final with the 12th place. In the Senior IV Standard competition two couples were representing the DTV: Joachim and Giesela Götze finished 3rd, Hans-Wolfgang and Angelika Scheuer 4th.

In the Amateur Latin competition in Steenwijk Sandor Cseke Zsolt/Malika Dzumaev finished 2nd. Ilya Korovay/Antonia Petritzkis ranked 6th. Marlin Hötting/Freia Schwertfeger became 2nd in the Senior I Latin competition, Patrick Niemann/Sandra Cancino 3rd. The 6th place was given to Florian Müller/Andrea Rhinow-Conrad.

In the Czech Ostrava two DTV couples were participating in the International Open Latin competition: Arthur Ankerstein/Georgiana Barbu ranked 9th, Razvan Dumitrescu/Jacqueline Joos 10th. In the Junior II Standard competition Efrem Kuzmichenko/Samira Hafez finished 4th and in the Junior II Latin competition 3rd. Daniel Lenz/Vanessa Viktoria Gerke won the Junior I Latin competition.

In the Russian Saint Petersburg Artur Balandin/Anna Salita finished 2nd in the International Open Latin competition.
