At the Romanian Open in Bucharest, three couples of the German federation were very successful. All three got into their Latin finals: David Ovisievitch/Elisabeth Wormsbecher came second at the WDSF Youth Latin competition. In the final of the WDSF International Open Latin Evgeny Vinokurov/Christina Luft came fourth and Artur Baladin/Anna Salita came fifth.
