Simone Segatori and Annette Sudol are World Champions

With an impressive performance Simone Segatori/Annette Sudol (TSC Astoria Stuttgart) claimed the title in the standard section in front of a sold-out audience in the Multiversum in Schwechat near Vienna.

"Highly professional", DTV-National Coach Fred Jörgens praised the performance of the couple from Stuttgart. Over all rounds they kept their direct competitors Dmitry Zharkov/Olga Kulikova at a distance. In the final they left the Russians behind them in four of five dances distinctly in parts. Only the Tango went very narrowly to Zharkov/Kulikova. Very deservedly and loudly celebrated by the audience, Simone Segatori/Annette Sudol won the tournament they had so long waited for.

Anton Skuratov/Alena Uhelin (TTC München) also danced a very strong tournament: they reached place eleven in the semi-final. .
