Training Successfully Completed

The pilot project "Instructor training as Formation Instructor C Standard / Latin" ended successfully last weekend in Bremen. 40 participants had entered for the training, 37 of them entered the exam of which 31 formation-interested dancers passed. 

The instructors training involved a four-day course and a weekend in which 46 technical and three general, formation-specific units were completed.

45 cross-sector units, which can be covered in the separate federal associations, have to be covered by the participants within the next two years, before the license becomes valid.  For the technical training in Standard, Rüdiger Knaack was responsible; Roberto Albanese coordinated the Latin part. The three " formation-specific" units were shared between Ulrich Wohlgemuth, national league committee and Dr. Thomas Kokott, representative of the national league west.

The exam for the Standard participants took place on the first weekend in September in the regional training centre at the Braunschweiger TSC and was performed by National Coach Horst Beer.

The candidates for Latin met at the past weekend in the rooms of the Grün-Gold-Club Bremen and were examined by Evelyn Hädrich-Hörmann. Supervisor Birgit von Daake was happy about the successful conclusion and announced further National Instructor Courses in this form.
