Ranking list competitions in Wolfsburg

The first competition of the weekend with ranking list competitions in the CongressPark Wolfsburg has already been danced. Out of 13 entries for the Rising Star Standard competition, 10 couples danced. From all parts of the country, the couples arrived safely to Wolfsburg, despite very difficult weather conditions. A decision in the final with 3 to 2 brought Andreas Wenzler / Verena Lieb from Munich a close victory. The second and the third place went to the east of the Republic: Martin Schmiel / Carolin Queck from Berlin as runners-up and Grzegroz Galwa / Natalia Mikolajczyk from Saxonia finishing third.
