In the WDSF competitions in Luxemburg which were organized for three days, many German couples were competing. Dumitru Doga / Sarah Ertmer won the 10 Dance competition. Grigorij Gelfond / Isabel Tinnis danced into the final of the Rising Stars Standard and finished sixth. In the WDSF competitions in Luxemburg which were organized for three days, many German couples were competing. Dumitru Doga / Sarah Ertmer won the 10 Dance competition. Grigorij Gelfond / Isabel Tinnis danced into the final of the Rising Stars Standard and finished sixth. There were three German couples in the Youth Standard: Lukas Gandor / Veronika Bauer (3 rd), Florian Schell / Maria Sedin (4 th) and Christoph Staub / Julia Staub (5 th). Two couples of the DTV were dancing in the final of Senior IV: Hans-Wolfgang and Angelika Scheuer who finished 4 th and Guido and Edith Berger on 5 th place.

At the WDSF World Open Latin Kirill Ganopolky / Kim Pätzug was the best German couple, finishing eighth in the semifinal. At the competition of Junior II Latin Steven Korn / Isabel Justus were runners-up. Senior I Latin saw Patrick Niemann / Sandra Cancino (5 th) and Florian Müller / Andrea Rhinow-Conrad (6 th) in the final. Senior II Standard was the competition with the highest number of German couples dancing there. In the semifinal all places from the 7 th to the 12 th were taken by DTV couples but only Jürgen Beck / Claudia Kleineheismann made it into the final and were placed third.

Senior I Latin couples were happy about the second, the fifth and the sixth place in the final: Markus and Stephanie Grebe were runners-up, Achim Hobl / Kerstin Hahn finished fifth and Jörg and Alexandra Heberer were sixth. The same second, fifth and sixth place went to DTV couples in the Youth Latin competition: David Ovsievitch / Elisabeth Wormsbecher were runners-up, Sascha Korn / Katrin Domme fifth and Florian Schell / Maria Sedin sixth.

After their win in the 10 Dance competition, Dumitru Doga / Sarah Ertmer were runners-up in the World Open Standard competition. In Senior I Standard half of the final of six were representing the DTV. First and second place went to Germany: Andreas Lippok / Karin Eva Rode were winners, Klaus Genterczewsky / Julia Quinot were runners-up. Also in the final finishing on sixth place were Oliver Wöstenfeld / Martina Bruhns. In Senior III Standard only two nations were dancing in the final: 4 couples from Germany and 2 from Italy. Bernd and Monika Kiefer won the competition followed by Wolfgang Walter / Ilse on Beyer. Fourth place went to Alexander Hick / Petra-Alexandra Lessmann, sixth place went to Bosco and Corinne Novak.
