3rd Place for Khan/Küstner at the WDSF Junior II Standard tournament at the SuDaFe

On Sunday afternoon, 33 couples took part at the last of the four WDSF ranking tournaments in Berlin. In the semi-final four nations were represented in the Junior II Standard tournament, in the final there were six couples from three nations, while three boys were named Nikita. The proportion of the nations was three to two to one: three times Russia, two times Germany, one time Denmark. Nikita Olinichenko/Elizaveta Pustronakova from Russia, placed 2nd in the Latin tournament the day before, won the tournament. They clearly outscored the other competitors. The decision about the 2nd place was very narrow and finally won by the Danish couple Eugen Miu/Sandra Overballe Pedersen. Kevin Khan/Liana Küstner finished 3rd. Place 4 and 6 were occupied by the other two Russian couples Yakov Predko/Valeria Zagrivina and Nikita Verlma/Polina Beloedova. The siblings Yatsun from Germany finished 5th.
