Two World Champions from Germany

"And rank two..." - long pause - "…we do not have". Chairman Andreas Neuhaus created suspense during the award ceremony before finally letting the cat out of the bag: Germany is double World Champion in the IDSF World Formation Latin - with Grün-Gold-Club Bremen and TSG Bremerhaven. Both teams received the same rating - 3 x 1, 3 x 2 and 1 x 3 - the missing one was a gift to the Lithuanian team from their adjudicator. The rank was shared, TSG won their 14 and GGC their second title. Whereas the audience in the booked up Town Hall of Bremerhaven was extremely fair regarding all 22 participating teams, the German teams were celebrated just a bit more than the others - and a fair bit louder.
