Successful Mallorca Tournaments

The Balearic Island Mallorca is not only one of the favourite German vacation destinations, but also an excellent location for dancing tournaments. At the competitions of the Mallorca Dance Sport Challenge in Calvià, numerous great results for the couples of the DTV were celebrated: Andrzej Cibis/Victoria Kleinfelder reached the final of the WDSF International Open Latin tournament and finished 4th. Volker Dietrich/Sonja Brockmann-Dietrich placed 6th in the final of the Senior II Latin competition.
Kim and Silke Bartels secured their spot on the Majorcan podium with a 2nd place at the Senior I Standard tournament. Oliver Wöstenfeld/Martina Bruhns finished 4th, Jens Lotz/Sina Appel 6th. Gerhard Baier/Ingrid Cloos-Baier reached the final of the Senior III Standard tournament and finished 5th. Hans-Wolfgang and Angelika Scheuer (5th place) as well as Karl-Heinz and Gabriele Haugut (7th place) represented the DTV in the final of seven couples at the Senior IV Standard tournament.
