Baltic Youth Open, 1st day: Clear wins for Khan / Küstner and Janzen / Litvinova
The 25th year of the Baltic Youth Open started with a reception for invited guests. Afterwards the ranking list Junior II B standard was danced. Kevin Khan / Liana Küstner won all dances, followed by the German Vice Champions Arseni Pavlov / Nicole Balski. The runners-up were placed in the slow foxtrot, where the second place went to Philip Panek / Melissa Schenk, who finished third.
In the evening there was the traditional Youth A Latin competition. By receiving all first places, Jan Janzen / Victoria Litvinova won the competition. Almost all second placings went to Daniel Dingis / Natalia Velikina. Sasch Korn / Katrin Domme were placed fourth in the Samba, but finished third in the other dances as well as in the final result.
