Sauers win in Vienna
A lot of DTV couples at WDSF competitions
"We are very happy", wrote Meik and Bianca Sauer from the Austrian capital. They won the WDSF Senior I Latin competition there. Andreas Hoffmann / Isabel Krüger were fourth, Rolf-Andreas Laubert / Jeannette Seydich fifth and Martin Hötting / Freia Schwertfeger sixth. In the Senior II Latin Achim Hobl / Kerstin Hahn were runners-up, Harald and Anja Dormann finished fifth.
Thorsten Strauß / Alma Marit Herrmann finished fifth in the competition of Senior I Standard. Senior II brought a fourth place for Gert and Alexandra Kley, Bernhard and Sonja Fuss finished sixth in a final of 7 couples. Wolfgang Walter / Ilse von Beyer were runners-up in Senior III Standard, Alexander Hick/ Petra-Alexander Lessmann were fourth. In the Senior IV Standard competition, Hans-Wolfgang and Angelika Scheuer finished third, Uwe and Angela Heyn fifth. For the couples dancing in the Senior IV there was a second chance the next day, were Hans-Wolfgang and Angelika Scheuer went up one rank and finished second. Bernhard and Rita Gerber were fifth, Uwe and Angela Heyn sixth.
