Even the first day of the Austrian Open gave lots of occasion for cheering. WDSF Open Senior II Standard
Three couples reached the final. Bernd and Sandra Ketturkat (TC Royal Oberhausen) could hardly believe it, when they were called up as winners and took place on the top of the podium. On third place

Rene and Heike Seyboth (TC Rot-Weiß Leipzig), Bernhard and Sonja Fuss (TTC Rot-Weiß Freiburg) reached place five.
 

WDSF Open Senior III Standard
The six finalists moved from the WSA hall to the Event hall for their final, which did not only delight the couples. To the cheers of the German fans, Michael and Beate Lindner (Blau-Gold Casino Darmstadt) danced to victory.

 

In the semi-final Götz Bierbaum/Maren Müller-Bierbaum (TSC Savoy München) came 11th, Marius and Barbara Torka (TC Rot-Weiß Leipzig) reached place twelve.

WDSF Open Senior I Latin
Meik and Bianca Sauer (TC Royal Oberhausen) reached the final. They showed a very good performance, but to the disappointment of the German corner were called up for place six.



Florian Müller/Andrea Rhinow-Conrad (TSC Rot-Weiß Viernheim) reached place twelve in the semi-final.

Rising Star Standard
In this tournament there was also plenty of occasion for cheering. Two couples reached the final and showed high motivation accompanied by the cheering German corners. Radiant smiles never left their faces when the result was announced. Michael Rödelbronn/Mariya Proskurnina (Schwarz-Weiß-Club Pforzheim) danced to second place, Grigorij Gelfond/Isabel Tinnis (TC Blau-Orange Wiesbaden) reached place three.

Rising Star Latin
Also in this tournament a German couple reached the final. Artur Balandin/Anna Salita (TTC Rot-Weiß-Silber Bochum) rejoiced over second place, loudly supported by the members of Team 13.



Lars Eric Pastor/Ecaterina Petrova (TC Seidenstadt Krefeld) danced to place twelve in the semi-final.
