Gold, Silver and Fourth at the World Championships Show Dance

Like on the day before, the World Championships took place in Chengdu, China. Chinas most important Sport Broadcasting Station CCTV 5+ offered a two hours live coverage from the final rounds of the World Championships.

Winner of Showdance Standard were last years’ runners-up Anton Skuratov / Alena Uehlin with their segue “Can you beat it” based on music of Michael Jackson. Runners-up were Valentin and Renata Lusin with their segue “Lacrimosa”. Evgeny Vinokurov / Christina Luft entered the Showdance Latin and finished fourth with their show “Thank you Mama”. The German delegation was lead by President Heidi Estler were very happy with the result, calling it absolutely deserved.
