Early off at the World Championship Youth Standard

At the World Championship in Kitakiyushu, Japan, 62 couples took part. Being the first time Japan was hosting a World Championship the organizer team did a good job. But in the strong competitive field our two representatives could not establish themselves. Arseni Pavlov/Nicole Balski reached the 47th place, Krisztian Kuljak/Franziska Holweg the 49th place.

Sven Traut new National Youth Trainer Standard

The Presidium has selected Sven Traut for the vacant post of the National Youth Trainer Standard. Traut was competing in Ten Dances and has been active as a trainer with a focus in Standard and is already part of the DTV regional federations trainer team.

Results from World Rank Tournaments – added

In Alassio, Italy, Dragos Ana/Darya Gerenchuk danced the world rank tournament latin, reached the final and came third. They also started in the U21 and danced to second place  Nikita und Elisabeth Yatsun reached 9th place in Juniors II Standard in standard they came 7th.
