In Cambrils, Spain, on Saturday of the Easter weekend it was all about participations in the final and medal placings in the European Championship Amateur Latin. 69 couples from 39 nations faced the continental comparison. Tanzsport Deutschland was represented by Marius-Andrei Balan/Khrystyna Moshenska and Timur Imametdinov/Nina Bezzubova.

Immametdinov/Bezzubova winning German Championship Amateur Latin
It was a heart beat final in the sold-out city hall of Siegburg with an energetic atmosphere and standing ovations for the finalists of the German Championship Amateur Latin. Unfortunately, because of the closed judging system the audience could not witness how tight the decision was and how pulsating the final was. In the end, Timur Immametdinov/Nina Bezzubova became the new German Champion.

Exciting competitions in Tokio
Two 1rst places and one 2nd place at the 19th Tokyo Open Championships
The country of the rising sun presented itself with a lot of sun, but also with low temperatures. But this was only outside, because the couples of the 19th Tokio Open Championship really put the heat to the spectators – with good results for Tanzsport Deutschland.

Finalists in Bukarest
In the Romanian capital two DTV couples danced into the final of their world ranking list competition: Maxim Stepanov/Ksenya Rybina finished 4th at the World Open Latin competition, Olaf Habermann/Andrea Peters 3rd at the Senior II Open Standard competition.

DTV Ranging List Competition Standard in the Boston Club - Day 2
At the ranking list competition amateur standard exactly a dozen couples started. Valentin and Renata Lusin won this competition well-deserved with the best result possible. The 2nd place was given to Daniel Radu/Anne Weber, the 3rd to Emil-Daniel Leonte/Kristina Limonova, who could reach the 3rd place in all dances. Fabian Wendt/Anne Steinmann ranked 4th, Tobias Soencksen/Angelika Solymosi 5th. The 6th place went to the siblings Joshua and Jadzia Kadjeh-Nouri.

Dima Doga/Sarah Ertmer new European Champions 10-dance
27 nations were taking part and each nation was sending one couple to Copenhagen to the European Championship 10-dance in order to find the new champion. After a long competition day over three rounds the finalists were certain. Dima Doga/Sarah Ertmer could clearly win all the dances in the standard section and get three 2nd places and two 3rd places in the latin section in the final.
