Cseke/Dzumaev: Strong performance in Glinde

At the beginning of the ranking list competititon in Glinde the 15 Latin couples had to battle for some space. The competition was nested into the raking list Senior II Standard competition in which more than 100 couples took part. Therefore, floor and also the space next to had already been well occupied.

Results from the South

From the WDSF competitions taking part in the Spanish capital Madrid the following results can be reported: Marek Bures/Anastasiia Iermolenko Khadjeh-Nouri were placed 4th in the World Open Latin competition. The semi-final of this competition in which 65 couples took part was reached by Arthur Ankerstein/Georgiana Barbu who finished 12th.

Last night, the final of the World Open Latin competition took place. 74 couples had started the competition in the morning, amongst them 12 couples out of the top 28 worldwide.

Despite 15 cm of fresh show, 19 couples of adult S Standard were supported by 317 people in the audience in CongressPark in Wolfsburg who cheered for their favourites until the very last dance. First successes in 2016

Several German couples took part successfully in the first tournament of the new year in Verone, Italy. In the WDSF Senior Standard tournament Victor Fischer/Alexandra Rehn reached fourth place in front of their compatriots Jörg Gutmann/Isabel Matthes on fifth place. In the Seniors II Standard Knut und Antje Wichmann reached ninth place.
