Marius-Andrei Balan/Khrystyna Moshenska finished 3rd behind Goffredo/Matus (Moldavia) and Tsaturyan/Gudyno (Russia). With Timur Imametdinov/Nina Bezzubova ( 4th place) two couples from Tanzsport Deutschland were dancing in the final. Maxim Stepanov/Ksenya Rybina ranked 14th, Zsolt Sandor Cseke/Malika Dzumaev 23th. In the round before the competition ended for Razvan Dumitrescu/Jacqueline Joos (26th place) and Artur Balandin/Anna Salita (28th place). Fabian Täschner/Darja Titowa occupied the 30th place out of 89 couples.

Simone Segatori/Annette Sudol had a new crime thriller with their archrival Zharkov/Kulikova from Russia. There was a tie two times in the competition, in the waltz and in the quickstep. Simone and Annette won the Viennese waltz, Dimitry and Olga the slowfox. It could not have been more exciting. Again the decision was made in favor of the Russian couple with a difference of 0,05 points. Anton Skuratov/Alona Uehlin finished in the semi-final with a great performance and the 8th place, Dumitru Doga/Sarah Ertmer were given the 21st place. With the 24th place Valentin and Renata Lusin made it to the quarter-final as well as Anatoliy Novoselov/Tasja Schulz-Novoselov with the 25th place.
